ALBERT KIESSLING
Albert Kiessling lived and worked in Langenhessen (East Germany) and established his own ceramic artist's studio in 1954 after receiving his master's designation in the craft. He is best known for his highly coveted crystaline and shrink-glazes, referred to as "snakeskin" glazes, which are created by using a resist wax process.
