Trade FAQ

  • A resale number is needed to qualify for trade discount.

  • Trade discount is only offered to design professionals (architects and designers).

  • We do not offer a loan or rental program.

  • We do not provide invoices as we are a public retail company and offer designers a trade discount as a courtesy.

  • Once approved for a trade discount, you will receive an email confirming your approval and request to log in to create a trade member password. You must log in to receive the trade discount. The discount is applied at checkout using the trade discount code sent and is linked to your registered email address.
