Shipping & Returns Information
The Makers Guild includes free ground shipping on all orders in the United States.
All orders are shipped with UPS and requires a signature upon delivery. UPS usually operates between 9am—5pm on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address (recommended).
Please note that UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Pick up in person:
The Makers Guild offers the option to pick up orders placed on themakersguild.com. If available for your order, in person pick up will be displayed as a shipping option at checkout. The displayed date of availability is an estimate—you will receive a notification email when your item is available to pick up. Please wait for this email before coming to the studio. In some cases, you may receive the notification email before the estimated date—not to worry, this means your order is available for pick-up sooner than expected.
How to pick up in person:
Once you have received the notification email, you will have 14 days to collect your order. The 14 day period begins on, and includes, the day you receive the notification email. If your order is not collected within 14 days, we will process a return on your behalf and your original method of payment will be refunded.
When you come to the studio to collect your order, please bring:
- The original method of payment
- Your government-issued photo identification
- The order confirmation email
Taxes and duties
All orders are shipped on tax due basis, meaning all taxes and import duties are not included in the final price. Hence, additional charges pending location will be subject to local customs, duties or state taxes required.
All orders are fully traceable on our website. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
